A sports club for LGBTQ+ people and our friends

Stockholm Frontrunners IF is a sports club for LGBTQ+ people and our friends.

We meet twice a week (every Tuesday at 7:00 pm & every Saturday at 10:30 am) at Zinkensdamms IP in Södermalm within central Stockholm.

Before you become a member, you are welcome to participate 3 times without having to pay anything!

If you want to train with us, you can choose between running or walking groups, and we are there for both beginners and more advanced exercisers.

In addition to training and exercise, we prioritize social community.

On Tuesdays we have interval training or something similar. On Saturdays a focus is on long distance and stamina.

The membership fee is currently 300 SEK per year.

You can pay the fee easily, either through SWISH, Bankgiro or EFT (please ask for more info.). & enter your name as a comment on the payment.
