Our training sessions
On Saturdays we arrange social runs. We divide into groups and you can choose to run different distances, at a tempo suitable for your level. Before we start, we warm up, stretch and practice some drills.
The walking group usually walks between 5 and 7 km. lf you are injured or are unable to participate in the run then you are welcome to join the walking group’s adventures.
On Tuesdays we often run intervals that are suitable for everyone regardless of your level. Before we start, we warm up, stretch and practice some drills. During the summer, and most of the rest of the year, we enjoy a drink together after the training session.
Our members have access to a changing room with showers and a sauna at Zinkensdamm Hotel & Hostel. You can leave a change af clothes here, but preferably not any valuables. Remember to bring a towel with you.
