Each running session is planned and led by a trainer. We often run around Årstaviken or out to Vinterviken, across Riddarfjärden, and also around the island of Södermalm.
If you want to run a long distance or improve your time then there is always someone who will want to join you. If you want to jog at an easier pace, or a shorter distance, then there is always someone who will want to join you.
The walking group decides amongst itself where the group will walk, for example, around Reimersholme and Långholmen, parts of Årstaviken or Monteliusvägen. Some walk fast, some a little slower.
